Bellas de Noche - Three Souls In My Mind

This is actually my favorite band, they sure know how to rock, but couldn't they make a more "decent" cover??, well the title says it all "Bellas de Noche" means "Beautiful at Night", and talks about a guy hooking some hookers.

Here's a look at the back cover and here's their usual selfs.

Listen to one song from the album here.

For the record: you just saved me from a minor nervous breakdown. Because of formating my computer and NOT thinking about copying all my favourite links I'm now in a tedious process of trying to remember and trace back to urls for cool pictures and design, etc. With retrolounge and your blog roll here I'm back on track (still can't find an amazing spaghetti western pictures site I discovered recently though - but it's there somewhere, so I keep my hand on the hips, just in case...).

I also want to say that I pop by here though I don't always leave a thank you. But I appreciate this sort of work.

Hey Man, this record is from "Three Souls in my Mind" A legendary mexican band, their music is mostly bluesy, elemental rock , but their songs are important part of Mexican Culture. For the first 22 years the band was completely underground and later in the 90's will finally break into the mainstream. The band has suffer many mutations of course, the name was shortened to "EL TRI" and they still play, any google or YOu Tube search will give you plenty of results. The name"Bellas de Noche" makes reference to a Mexican movie from the 70's, a comedy were the protagonist are forced to disguise themselves as prostitutes in order to hide and avoid troubles.

gReat Blog, Keep them coming, Best Luis.
